In the new era, comprehensively strengthening labor education is a key link and important approach in higher education's mission to cultivate well-rounded individuals. This paper analyzes the current state of labor education among college students, elucidates the existing issues, and, based on the causes of these problems, proposes solutions from four aspects: school, society, family, and individual. These solutions aim to address the challenges faced and promote the healthy and smooth development of labor education.
