In recent years, the PPP financing mode has been extensively utilized in China's infrastructure development. This financing method not only enhances the efficiency of infrastructure construction but also effectively reduces investment costs, which is significant for the effective development of China's infrastructure. However, despite the benefits of the PPP project financing mode, significant risk issues can arise during the application process. Failure to effectively manage these risks may negatively impact the efficiency of the mode and hinder infrastructure development. Therefore, this paper specifically focuses on the management of investment and financing risks in PPP construction projects, intending to provide guidance for related work.
