The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between the efficiency of educational funding use and the quality of education. The study aims to provide guidance on the allocation of educational resources through the analysis of the effects of educational decision-makers and educational institutions. Using the literature review and empirical research methods, we collected the relevant research literature and education funding data, and conducted statistical analysis and comparison. The research results show that there is a close relationship between the effective use of education funds and the quality of education. Making full use of educational funds, rationally allocating resources, and providing high-quality educational facilities and teaching resources can promote the development of students' learning results, knowledge level and skills^[1]. In addition, the effective use of education funding also includes investment in teacher training and development, curriculum reform and education management, which also have a positive impact on the quality of education. Therefore, it is suggested that educational policy makers and managers should pay attention to the effective use of educational funds, strengthen the planning and management of educational resources, and improve the efficiency and quality assurance system of institutions. Only in the case of the positive interaction between the use efficiency of educational funds and educational quality, the goal of sustainable development and educational equity can be achieved.
