This paper mainly introduces how to optimize the loan structure and approval process, improve the efficiency and security of capital use, improve the internal supervision mechanism and implement the accountability system in the context of guarantee chain risk. This paper analyzes the impact of guarantee chain risk on financial institutions, and emphasizes the importance of dispersing loan risk, strengthening the standardization and rigor of loan approval process, improving the efficiency and security of fund use, and establishing and improving the internal supervision system. Through the implementation of these strategies and suggestions, financial institutions can better cope with the challenges brought by the risk of guarantee chain and ensure the sustainable and steady development of their own business.
