Abstract

The artistic practice and career planning of music performance students are closely related. This article aims to explore how artistic practice promotes students' learning development and positively influences their career planning. Firstly, we analyze the role of artistic practice among music performance students, emphasizing its significance and how it can empower students to enrich their artistic development. Secondly, we discuss the importance of career planning in students' development and explore its positive impact. Additionally, we analyze the current status of artistic practice and career planning. Finally, we examine the relationship between artistic development and career planning, and discuss how to integrate them to further enhance students' growth.
