This study aims to explore the optimization of adolescent ideological and political education path from the perspective of labor education. Through theoretical analysis of labor education and adolescent ideological and political education, combined with empirical research, this paper proposes a series of optimization strategies for integrating labor education with ideological and political education. The study finds that, from the perspective of labor education, adolescent ideological and political education can better cultivate their sense of social responsibility, innovation ability, and collectivism spirit, thereby promoting their comprehensive development. This research has certain theoretical and practical significance for optimizing the path of adolescent ideological and political education and improving their comprehensive quality.
