Abstract

In the process of rapid development and modernization in China, soil pollution gradually showed a rising trend. This phenomenon has been a serious threat to the balance of man and nature coexistence. In order to meet the actual needs of sustainable development to meet the stability of the present, China's prevention and control of soil pollution has put forward a number of feasible policies. In this paper, we analyze the synergistic mechanism of public management of soil pollution prevention and control policy from the perspective of the current status of legislation and real soil pollution cases.
