Abstract

In recent years, the phenomenon of "Civil Servant Exam Fever" has been on the rise in the youth employment market in our country. Many young people are keenly competing to take the civil service examination, creating a wave of fervor. The reasons behind this phenomenon are multifaceted and bear significant practical implications. This article will delve into the reasons behind the youth employment "Civil Servant Exam Fever" analyze its developmental trend, and discuss how to guide the youth in their employment value orientation. To lead the youth to establish a proper concept of employment, the government, educational institutions, media, and other parties should play a role in creating a diverse and equitable employment environment. Through platforms such as the internet, they should extensively promote career guidance, thereby aiding in the cultivation of long-term career planning and values among youth. The cooperative efforts across various sectors of society to provide abundant information and effective support can assist youth in more rationally planning their futures and making wise career choices.
