In the current fiercely competitive job market, vocational college students need to have comprehensive employment abilities in order to stand out and obtain ideal job opportunities. However, many vocational college students face various difficulties in the job search process, including the disconnect between employment skills and actual needs, insufficient personal qualities, limitations from family backgrounds, and competitive pressure in the job market. Therefore, in-depth analysis and understanding of the factors that affect the employment ability of vocational college students, seeking effective ways to improve, are of great significance for improving the employment situation of vocational college students.
