Abstract

Rule of law literacy is an important part of citizen literacy. For college students, the level of rule of law literacy and the belief and strength of practicing rule of law are directly related to the harmony, stability and progress of society. Through the script creation, image building, case representation and network communication of the law cartoon, it helps to guide students to deeply understand the scope of application of the law, principles and procedures, and cultivate correct legal concepts and behavior habits.
