This paper examines how horror films visually depict invisible power structures and gender oppression, focusing on Hollow Man (2000) and The Invisible Man (2020). Through visual design, camera techniques, and spatial composition, it highlights the evolution from explicit to implicit forms of oppression. This paper aims to show how horror films explore deeper gender issues through invisible gender oppression and control.
