Personality psychology is a highly integrated discipline, and the traditional teaching model is no longer adaptable to the development of the discipline and the needs of talent cultivation. Based on the concepts of interdisciplinary integration and personalized learning, this paper systematically reforms and explores the teaching of personality psychology courses. Through teaching practice, students' interdisciplinary awareness and comprehensive practical abilities have been significantly improved, and their individual strengths have been fully developed. This study provides new ideas and paths for the transformation of the teaching paradigm of personality psychology in the new era, which is of great significance for cultivating innovative and compound talents.
