This study aims to explore the role of the practice base of entrepreneurship and innovation education in the integrated development of medical education under the background of "new medicine", taking YMUN as an example. Data were collected and analyzed through qualitative research, field research and interviews. The results showed that the construction of the base promoted the integration of medical education, improved students' innovative thinking, practical ability and innovative entrepreneurial spirit, and provided a platform for cross-learning cooperation among different majors. The conclusion is that the construction of entrepreneurship and innovation education practice base is crucial to the integrated development of medical education under the background of new medical science, which can enhance the comprehensive quality and practical ability of students, lay the foundation for medical innovation and education development, and provide references for innovation and development in the field of medical education.
