In recent years, in order to vigorously improve the overall quality of the population and with the saturation of student sources, vocational colleges have been expanding enrollment every year, and students can choose different ways to enter universities for study. Given this situation, the quality of students varies greatly, and new problems have emerged in their learning, posing challenges to student management work. If we continue to stick to traditional thinking for management, we will no longer be able to keep up with the development of the times and the reality of student management. This article aims to combine the problems in student management in vocational colleges with practical experience, propose some suggestions and innovative methods, and hope to provide new ideas for student management work.
