Abstract

This study explores the user-centered design of intelligent library search interfaces, aiming to strike a balance between automation and user control. By integrating advanced algorithms with intuitive design principles, the research focuses on enhancing the user experience while ensuring accessibility and efficiency in information retrieval. The study highlights the importance of adaptive interfaces that cater to diverse user needs, combining automated recommendations with customizable search options. Through a mixed-methods approach, including user surveys and usability testing, the findings reveal key design strategies for fostering user satisfaction and engagement. This research provides valuable insights for developing intelligent library systems that empower users while leveraging the benefits of automation.
