Research on the inheritance and development of Chinese traditional culture in design

Abstract

Chinese traditional culture has a long history, and its rich historical and cultural heritage has left us with a wide range of cultural treasures. In the context of the new era of globalization, how can we inherit and spread Chinese traditional culture through design? This article mainly analyzes the current situation and existing problems of inheriting and spreading Chinese traditional culture through contemporary design, and proposes that Chinese traditional cultural elements should be introduced into design to improve functionality and combine emotionality, so as to better inherit and spread Chinese traditional culture in design.
