Anchor based teaching method is a teaching approach that emphasizes the student-centered position, aiming to help students develop the ability to explore and solve practical problems independently while mastering basic knowledge. In this study, the anchored teaching method is first elaborated, and based on it, the teaching precautions of anchored teaching method are analyzed. Finally, taking the developmental psychology course of preschool children as an example, the application of anchored teaching method in preschool children's developmental psychology is analyzed.
