With the development of technology in the era, education is constantly reforming and developing. The 21st century is a century with clear background characteristics of the “Internet +”. In this context, Internet technology has penetrated deeply into English teaching in colleges and universities. The teaching model based on “Internet +” has brought new challenges to English teaching, and has also promoted the reform and development of English teaching in colleges and universities.
