The rapid development of the new energy industry necessitates a workforce equipped with specialized skills and knowledge. This paper explores the research and practice of industry-education integration for talent development in the new energy sector, focusing on the initiatives undertaken at Tianjin Urban Construction Management and Vocation Technology College. By analyzing the collaborative efforts between educational institutions and industry stakeholders, this study highlights the importance of curriculum design, practical training, and industry partnerships in fostering a skilled workforce. The findings suggest that a well-structured industry-education integration model can significantly enhance the employability and competency of graduates, thereby contributing to the sustainable growth of the new energy industry.
