Abstract

The chief investigator as practice subject of the system of chief investigator , through analyzing the new requirements of the system on chief investigator’s work ,from the interests list of the system of chief investigator, list of power, responsibility list three aspects explore the chief investigator's psychological pressure source respectively, put forward the unification of rights and benefits, power and responsibilities clear and the power of dynamic balance three Suggestions, in order to help to the improvement and promotion of the system of chief investigator.
