This paper explores the cultivation of ceramic cross-border e-commerce English live streaming talents through a university-enterprise cooperation model. It highlights the challenges in current educational practices, and then proposes a comprehensive talent cultivation program that integrates theoretical knowledge with practical training, emphasizing English proficiency, e-commerce operations, and live streaming practice.
