This article analyzes the essence and contemporary value of Zijin Huazhao Opera, and clarifies its important position in the protection of intangible cultural heritage and cultural inheritance. At the same time, the paper will discuss the bottlenecks faced by the Zijin Huazhao Opera in the process of development, such as the dilemma of inheritance, the aging of the audience and the lack of market attraction. A series of practical communication strategies were then proposed, including policy-led cooperation between government, enterprises, schools and research institutes, digital-enabled immersive experiences, cultural exchanges with an international outlook, and education and popularisation to cultivate a new generation of inheritors, etc., with the aim of promoting the dissemination and development of the Zijin Huazhao Opera in the global arena.
