With the rapid development of digital technology, Virtual Reality (VR) has been increasingly used in the field of education. Business education, as an important field to cultivate business talents, the traditional teaching mode has certain limitations in practical, interactive and personalized learning. This paper discusses the integration mode of virtual reality technology in business education, analyzes its necessity, and proposes innovative strategies to build an immersive learning environment, including the virtualization design of the teaching content, the construction of the technical support system, and the optimization of the teaching methodology and assessment system. This paper also analyzes the typical application cases of VR in business education and discusses the challenges and development trends. The study shows that the reasonable use of VR technology can effectively enhance the immersion, interactivity and learning effect of business education, and provide new ideas for the future innovation of education mode.
