Abstract

The CSP high-pressure hydraulic pump is the 'industrial heart' of continuous casting and rolling production lines. Its precise pressure control directly determines the millimeter-level thickness tolerance of steel plates and the rate of micro-defects, making it crucial for ensuring the quality of high-end sheet materials. Therefore, applying oil particle size analysis technology, which is essential for detecting wear conditions in steel equipment, to ensure the normal operation of the CSP high-pressure hydraulic pump has become an urgent topic of discussion.
