Abstract

This study investigated the relationship between emotional labor strategies and turnover intention among preschool teachers, focusing on the mediating role of self-efficacy and the moderating role of perceived social support. A total of 489 preschool teachers were selected and assessed using Emotional Labor Scale, Turnover Intention Scale, Self-Efficacy Scale, and Perceived Social Support Scale. The results indicated that deep acting and natural performance negatively predict turnover intention, while the influence of surface acting on turnover intention is not significant; Self-efficacy mediated the relationship between emotional labor strategies and turnover intention; Perceived social support moderated the mediating effect of self-efficacy on the relationship between emotional labor strategies and turnover intention.
