Abstract

This study explores the evolving concept of employability among Chinese college students in the context of globalization and educational transformation. Integrating Western and Chinese theoretical frameworks, it highlights how personal attributes, educational structures, and societal factors jointly shape graduate employability. Drawing on case studies and reflective analysis, the research emphasizes the importance of transferable skills, self-awareness, and institutional support. A personalized career development plan is also proposed, offering practical insights for future educators. The study concludes that employability is a dynamic, lifelong capability essential for adapting to complex labor market demands.
