To address the pain points in bilingual teaching of University Physics and to meet the training objectives of local application‑oriented undergraduate institutions, a three‑dimensional modular curriculum system—centered on “English as the foundation, physics knowledge as the core, and application as the goal”—was developed. This paper elaborates on reforms involving curriculum content optimization, pedagogical innovation, ideological‑political integration, and process‑oriented assessment. The initiatives effectively tackle teaching challenges and significantly improve instructional outcomes.
