English teaching and learning have resulted in significant ramifications for the second language learning in the college educational performance.[1] Currently, extensive research into exploring the approach of improving English translation learning strategies have been carried out, but little is conducted to analyze English as a foreign language within the realm of cultural-based methods. This study explores the present situation, main elements or principles in English translation teaching procedures, and methods of integrating elegant traditional Chinese culture into English translation teaching. It illustrates the critical need, fundamental expectations, and strategic orientations for incorporating these cultural aspects. The paper proposes three strategic approaches, namely, encouraging students to explore diverse translation techniques, continuously improving instructors' cultural knowledge, and emphasizing creativity in the methodology of English translation education. By deeply integrating these elements, the paper aims to enrich the cultural depth of English translation courses at colleges and genuinely cultivate cultural confidence among students.
