Abstract

Chinese modernization is the modernization of a huge population, and its important component, the modernization of education, is not only related to the introduction of technology and equipment, but also emphasizes the innovation of the concepts of human-centeredness, all-round development and lifelong learning. In the face of global population aging, accelerated development of science and technology, and economic transformation, it is particularly urgent to build a lifelong learning system that covers both formal and informal learning. In order to cope with this demand, it is necessary to focus on policy support, institutional guarantee and the construction of learning resources and platforms.
