In the current educational environment, teachers, as a special professional group, require them not only to have professional knowledge and teaching skills, but also to deal with complex interactions with students, parents, colleagues and various social roles. The problem of ecological development of physical education teachers is becoming more and more serious, and it has become an endenological problem affecting the professional development of physical education teachers. Using the documentary and the logical analysis, based on the social ecosystem theory, from the three-dimensional perspective of physical performance-emotional management-institutional restraint, we explore how to innovate and repair the ecological problems of physical education teachers. Through three-dimensional synergy, it aims to provide systematic and scientific solutions for physical education teachers and promote physical education teachers.
