A Study on the Strategies for Moral Education in College English in the Digital Context

Abstract

With the rapid advancement of information technology and the in-depth promotion of educational digital transformation, the construction of moral education in College English courses is confronted with new opportunities and challenges. Based on an analysis of the current situation and existing problems of moral education in College English teaching, this paper systematically explores the strategies for digitally empowering the construction of moral education in College English from four dimensions: reconstruction of teaching content, innovation of teaching methods, construction of cross-cultural communication platforms, and improvement of teachers’ comprehensive literacy as well as their competence in moral education. It aims to provide theoretical references and practical experience for the teaching reform of moral education in College English teaching.
