With the arrival of the information age and the rapid development of network information technology, certain changes have taken place in the way of education. Network Distance Teaching brings opportunities for the development of college students' education. In particular, it can narrow learning space, lift geographical restrictions, improve the educational personnel training quality, and it is of constructive significance to promote the all-round development of students. Meanwhile, the development of Network Distance Teaching brings some challenges to college student education. In terms of the problems existing in the Network Distance Teaching of college student education, this paper puts forward that the Network Distance Teaching system of college students should be student-centered. The achievement of studying requirements of online learning is as same as the classroom learning; Compliance with teaching management and classroom discipline; The stimulation of learning potential and improvement of self-management; The measures to combine balanced and healthy work and rest.
