Volunteer Training Strategies for College Students from the Perspective of Service Learning

Abstract

Although there are various forms of voluntary service societies in various universities, and a large number of services have been developed, the promotion of service learning concepts is still simply a model choice, and how to introduce them to the cultivation of college student volunteers. Based on an overview of service learning, this article proposes a service learning strategy to train young volunteers for college students.
