Career planning is particularly urgent in the face of the severe situation of the popularization of higher education and the oversupply of College Students' employment. This paper analyzes and sums up some problems in the process of career planning guidance for college students, and puts forward some macro targeted solutions, in order to make career planning guidance more scientific and operational.
