With the development of science and technology, information technology is gradually applied to the field of education, combining with traditional teaching methods, and gradually forming a new teaching mode. Firstly, the three-dimensional teaching model of College English is summarized, and it is analyzed that the three-dimensional teaching model can bring students a new experience and has strong applicability in College English teaching. In order to improve the teaching quality of College English and the comprehensive quality of students, this paper puts forward the application strategies of the three-dimensional teaching mode of College English under the information environment from two aspects: improving the quality of teaching resources, changing the teaching concept and innovating the teaching mode.
