According to the current situation of traditional class teaching, Zhang Xuexin, a professor of psychology, puts forward a new class model-- Bisection Class(PAD Class) . This model makes full use of the teaching style of “exquisite Harvard” to improve the shortcomings of passive learning and innovation in traditional teaching. The PAD Class model not only meets the students' psychological development characteristics, but also meets the requirements of the new curriculum standards for the cultivation of students' core qualities. This paper mainly aims at the full application and reflection of the Bisection Class model in English teaching.
