In recent years, the impulse crime of college students has gradually become a common, the highest incidence of an emotional crime. Therefore, the research on the problem of impulse crime of college students is of great practical significance to prevent and reduce the emotional crime. This paper starts with the basic concept of impulse crime of college students, analyzes its causes and basic characteristics, and discusses the corresponding countermeasures.
