Facing the increasingly severe employment situation, this paper investigates the present situation of physical education majors' employment ability in local normal university with literature, questionnaire and expert interview. Meanwhile, it puts forward the main factors restricting the improvement of the employment ability which provides theoretical reference to improve university students' employment ability for other universities.
