Abstract

Stroke-associated pneumonia ((SAP)) is one of the most important complications in patients with acute stroke. Stroke belongs to the scope of "stroke" in Chinese medicine, and stroke-associated pneumonia belongs to the combination of "stroke" and "cough" and "asthma syndrome". There is no completely opposite name of Chinese medicine in Chinese medicine, but there is no lack of relevant treatment based on dialectical treatment. Chinese medicine believes that phlegm and blood stasis is closely related to stroke, so based on the theory of phlegm and blood stasis to explore the law of diagnosis and treatment of stroke-associated pneumonia, to provide new ideas for the treatment of stroke-associated pneumonia.
