It is an important measure to implement the rural revitalization strategy and an effective way to consolidate the foundation of modern agricultural development and guarantee the national food security to construct high-standard farmland and improve the farmland yield rate and agricultural comprehensive productivity. In this paper, the construction of high-standard farmland and high-efficiency water-saving irrigation are analyzed for reference.
