Taking the advanced design course Oracle experiment of the computer science of the non-government-run colleges as the research object, this paper mainly discusses the design features of the experiment course of computer science of the non-government-run colleges and universities. Practical computer talents with professional difficulty and practical ability are designed according to the ability of the computer majors of the non-government-run colleges and universities.
