With the implementation of the "One Belt and One Road" development ideas, vocational education services have been continuously enhanced. The Education Action to Promote the Co-construction of "One Belt and One Road" explicitly points out that the role of education in the construction of "One Belt and One Road" should be given full play, and the improvement of the effectiveness of international exchanges and cooperation of vocational education groups is conducive to the creation of a "focus on promoting and win-win cooperation" education opening to the outside world. This paper focuses on the issues related to international exchanges and cooperation of vocational education groups under the background of "One Belt and One Road" construction.
