As the builders and successors of socialism with Chinese characteristics, college students' rule consciousness includes rule supremacy consciousness, rule discovery consciousness, rule identification consciousness and rule compliance consciousness, under the epidemic situation, college students' consciousness of rules also has the new characteristics of high cognition and recognition of rules, strong willpower to abide by rules, and actively abide by and practice all kinds of rules.
