A Comparative Study of Chinese, American and European Foreign Language Education Policies

Abstract

This paper constructs the theoretical framework of foreign language education policy analysis from the theory of educational policy, which compares the foreign language education policies of China, the United States and European Union from the dimensions of the process, content and value. Experiences and lessons are proposed from the practice of United States and European Union, which provide suggestions on the study of foreign language education policy in China.
