Emperor Wen ascended to the throne and immediately implemented the policies of "Yi Hou Yi" and "Ordering the Noblemen to Go Back Their States", which prevented the noblemen not to occupy the capital. Emperor Wen, weakened the aristocratic power of the noblemen and dispelled the intention of supporting the political situation of the noblemen.
