The introduction of high-level talents is currently the main means of acquiring talents and enhancing competitiveness in various regions. The formulation of talent introduction policies will have a profound impact on the introduction and long-term development of talents. At present, my country's high-level talent introduction policies show convergence, and there are certain problems in the introduction of subjects, introduction models, etc., to conduct in-depth research on this and put forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve my country's high-level talent introduction policies.
