In order to meet the needs of the development of the times and effectively improve the teaching effect of English teachers in teacher training colleges it is urgent to cultivate the "double-qualified" teachers. The purpose of this paper is to explore how to better complete the training of "double-qualified" teachers in teacher training colleges and universities from the construction of a "double-qualified" teacher training mechanism.
