Abstract

The problem of excessive workload has seriously affected the growth of students and the ecology of education. On July 19, 2021, the General Office of the CPC Central Committee and The State Council issued a guideline on further reducing the homework burden and the burden of off-campus training for students in compulsory education, demonstrating the state's determination to regulate off-campus training institutions
