To enhance the ability of innovation and entrepreneurship of college students majoring in chemistry and chemical engineering and cultivate high-level talents needed for national construction, using “Laboratory of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering” as the second classroom to cultivate students' ability of innovation and entrepreneurship is discussed in this paper. We also analyze the current research status and existing problems, and put forward corresponding strategies and suggestions for cultivating the ability of innovation and entrepreneurship of college students majoring in chemistry and chemical engineering.
