Abstract

Human beings were free and equal in the primitive society. However, with the development of productive forces and transformation of industrial relations, kinship under private property emerged and political power could no longer maintain the natural right of individuals as well as the needs of social progress. Therefore, the state, a political society in the form of a community under the spirit of contract came into being in order to maintain social balance and fairness as well as justice.
